The Versant Access Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) describes our privacy practices for the activities set out below. Organizational users may be subject to additional restrictions based on their organization's application agreement with Versant.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information and submitted data. The servers in which we store personally identifiable information and application data are managed within secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
